Christina Lee Storm

Christina Lee Storm is an international independent producer whose experience in both Asia and the U.S. has enabled her to collaborate with some of the most talented filmmakers from around the world.

Christina’s producing credits include Hong Kong Film Legend Johnnie To’s The Mission and Running Out of Time, Second Time Around directed by Jeff Lau, I Love Your Work directed by Adam Goldberg (starring Christina Ricci, Giovanni Ribisi, Jason Lee, Vince Vaughn), American Fusion directed by Frank Lin (starring Esai Morales, Sylvia Chang, Pat Morita), The Least of These (starring Isaiah Washington, Robert Loggia, and Bob Gunton), and most recently How to Save a Life directed by Brian Baugh which is being released by Goldwyn Films January 2010.

Christina honed her production skills working on low-budget films like Kiss the Bride (starring Alyssa Milano, Talia Shire), This Girl’s Life (starring James Wood, Kip Pardue, Rosario Dawson), 3-Way (with Gina Gershon, Joy Bryant), Imaginary Heroes (starring Sigourney Weaver, Emile Hirsch, Jeff Daniels), and Dirty (starring Cuba Gooding Jr., Clifton Collins Jr.).  She also worked on MTV’s Road Rules, ABC’s The Mole, and Spike TV’s 10 Things Every Guy Should Experience. 

Her experience in Digital Production Management at Rhythm & Hues has given her visual effects insight and experience while assistant managing over 150 people in the disciplines of lighting, texture painting, effects, and pipeline.  She provided studio-wide production management support for such films as The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe, Superman Returns, Happy Feet, Garfield 2, Evan Almighty, and Night at the Museum.

Christina’s passion lies in producing films with distinctly profound themes with emerging directors.  She produced four award winning short films, three of them for non-profit company Awaken Films, including Midnight Clear (starring Guy Torry, Victoria Rowell) The Select Fit, Nameless Moment, as well as Cigarette (starring Sara Tanaka, Kimberly McCullough).  Three of her short films have been included in two DVD box sets distributed by Lionsgate.

Along with her production experience, Christina has experience in script development. Having a knack for story telling, she oversaw the Development Department at Hong Kong based film studio Milkyway Image working with writers and directors. Subsequently, she was made Vice President of International Production establishing co-production projects and associates.

Christina is a Partner and Producer for Accelerated Entertainment and works closely with Ralph Winter (X-Men, Wolverine).  Ralph is also on the advisory board for the company.

The company is currently setting up a slate of films including a Chinese martial arts film titled Shaolin Hero, an action thriller titled One Third, and a teen-comedy titled Mr. Popularity. Accelerated Entertainment is actively looking for co-productions (domestically and internationally) and material to expand their slate. Christina is currently producing a documentary titled Flesh which explores the widely overlooked, yet widespread practice of human trafficking in the United States.

Christina is an alumnus of the prestigious Act One: Writing for Hollywood program. She is a member of the Producers Guild of America and serves on the National Board of Directors as well as the AP Council Delegate.  She is also the guild’s country representative for Hong Kong and China and is in charge of developing alliances in the region.  Christina was recently accepted into the PGA Diversity Workshop Program as one of five finalists in the motion picture category.
